We’re looking for a highly skilled System Engineer with a strong technical background to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure that supports the evolving needs of our clients and partners. In this role, you‘ll be responsible for building and optimizing mission-critical systems with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
Responsibilities

Design and deploy hybrid data centers (on-premise and cloud-based).

Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth resource allocation and system support.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.

Monitor, optimize, and enhance system performance, capacity, and availability.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for deployments and system architecture.

Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Stay updated with emerging trends in Linux, networking, and cloud technologies.

Provide periodic on-call support for critical system issues.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Linux system administration (RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.).

3–5 years of scripting experience (Python, Bash) and expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).

Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and Software-Defined Networking.

Experience with network and system design, virtualization (VMware, Proxmox).

Deep understanding of networking protocols (DHCP, DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP).

Hands-on experience in storage operations (Ceph, Lustre) and Kubernetes.

Experience in database and application services (MySQL, MongoDB, Nginx, Kafka, Elasticsearch).

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including CVE patching, VAPT, and CIS hardening.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.

Willingness to travel for system deployments in other countries.
Preferred Qualifications

Possession of Linux certifications such as RHCT, RHCE, or LPIC, and networking credentials like CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCIP is advantageous.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and ITIL frameworks.

Hands-on experience in managing data center operations is highly valued.
