We’re looking for a Recruiter to own core hiring activities for our Vietnam team while partnering closely with global stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical recruiting, learns quickly, and wants to grow within a product-led SaaS environment.

You will support hiring across both technical and non-technical SaaS roles, while also contributing to building a strong employer brand for the Company in Vietnam.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Data, and GTM to clarify role expectations and hiring priorities.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.

  • Recruit for a wide range of roles, including:

    • Technical: Software Engineers, Data/AI roles, Product Managers, Designers

    • GTM: Customer Success, Solutions, Sales/Business Development, Implementation

  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for both technical and SaaS positions.

  • Use ATS and automation tools to keep recruiting workflows efficient and well-organized.

  • Track basic hiring metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media hiring content, recruitment campaigns, participation in local tech/AI communities, events, and university engagements.

  • Help showcase team culture, values, and career growth stories.

  • Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks when needed.


Must-Haves

  • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, product, or tech environments.

  • Hands-on experience sourcing and screening candidates for Engineering, Data, BA, or Product roles.

  • Familiarity with common SaaS commercial roles (CSM, AE, Solutions, etc.) and interest in developing deeper expertise.

  • Fluent in English and comfortable working with international teams.

  • Strong sourcing, coordination, and multitasking skills.

  • Experience using an ATS (Workable preferred) and basic recruiting tools.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and quick to learn in fast-moving environments.

  • Positive, collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.

  • Interest or experience in employer branding, especially within tech/SaaS.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting HR operations (contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination).

  • Regional or international recruiting exposure.

  • Familiarity with technical assessments or reviewing GitHub profiles /portfolios.

  • Experience collaborating with marketing or design teams on employer branding content.zz
