We’re looking for a technically strong product operator who can identify what matters most to users, shape the right solutions, and help ensure features create real impact after launch — not just get shipped.

This role sits between product and engineering. You’ll influence direction, prototype ideas when needed, contribute technically when useful, and help the team stay focused on building the right things rather than simply building fast.

Responsibilities

Drive product execution

• Define feature requirements through detailed specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize initiative backlogs based on impact, feasibility, and business goals.
• Use analytics, creator feedback, and data insights to guide roadmap decisions.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep delivery aligned with outcomes.

Collaborate closely with engineering

• Partner directly with senior engineers on system design, APIs, and technical planning.
• Ensure product priorities stay aligned with technical implementation.
• Review product-related implementation decisions and help prevent unnecessary scope creep.
• Break down ambiguous business requests into clear development tasks.

Stay hands-on when valuable

• Build prototypes and validate ideas before full implementation.
• Deliver smaller features independently when it accelerates delivery.
• Incorporate AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for documentation, prototyping, analysis, and development efficiency.

Ideal background

You probably bring:

• 5+ years working on SaaS, consumer platforms, AI products, or digital applications in production environments.
• At least 2 years of experience owning product initiatives or leading delivery decisions across teams.
• Strong understanding of Laravel and at least one modern frontend framework (Vue.js preferred, though React or Next.js also work well).
• The ability to comfortably read, modify, and ship production-level code.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to identify high-impact improvements quickly.
• Confidence working with metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and SQL queries for decision-making.
• Strong written communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate directly with international stakeholders.
• Practical day-to-day use of AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed.

Bonus points

• Experience in gaming, creator economy platforms, livestreaming, short-form video, or AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with platforms and audiences around Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, or similar ecosystems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience improving user onboarding, engagement, or retention in subscription-based products.
• Personal interest in gaming, streaming culture, or creator communities.
