Responsibilities

Work with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the product and documentation needs.

Develop high-quality, user-friendly documentation that aligns with industry standards and target audiences.

Create clear and concise user guides, administrator manuals, and other technical content for external customers.

Continuously update and maintain documentation to reflect new features and product enhancements.

Manage document versions and ensure consistency across all materials.
Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in technical writing, specifically for software products.

Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of delivering clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation.

Ability to understand complex technical topics and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Outstanding written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and knowledgeable about the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

A portfolio of previous technical writing projects is a strong plus.
