We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who is eager to grow, enjoys solving user problems, and is excited to contribute to real-world digital products used across Southeast Asia.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior team members to design and improve user experiences across our web and mobile applications.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have a solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, enjoy learning, and are looking to build their career in product design. You will be involved throughout the design process—from understanding user needs and creating wireframes to designing polished interfaces and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.

• Participate in user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.

• Contribute to maintaining and improving design systems and reusable UI components.

• Prepare design assets and documentation to support development and implementation.

• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with up to 2 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency with Figma or similar UI design tools.

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility best practices.

• Ability to communicate design ideas through wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and presentations.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, freelance, or professional design projects that demonstrate design thinking and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing responsive web or mobile applications.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development concepts.

• Knowledge of usability testing and accessibility guidelines.

• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or data-driven digital products.
