Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered products.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.

• Conduct usability testing and continuously improve product experiences.

• Contribute to and maintain UX/UI design standards and design systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Proficient in Figma and common UX/UI design tools.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience working in a product/Agile environment is a plus
