Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of QA engineers across both manual and automation testing
  • Take full ownership of quality assurance for a large-scale, public-facing website with multiple localized versions
  • Define, implement, and continuously refine testing strategies, plans, and processes (functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive, etc.)
  • Plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple releases and parallel projects
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across key areas such as content accuracy, navigation, performance, SEO, and localization
  • Work closely with developers, designers, content teams, and stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve quality issues
  • Oversee and improve automation coverage, collaborating with automation engineers to maintain reliable test suites
  • Manage defect tracking and drive timely resolution with engineering teams
  • Prepare and present QA reports, metrics, and risk assessments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a QA leadership or team lead role (leading Website testing with 500+ pages that is available to external users).
  • 5+ years of experience in software/web QA, including hands-on testing
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), CMS platforms, and responsive design
  • Proven experience managing both manual and automation testing activities
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)
  • Ability to use browser developer tools and troubleshoot web-related issues
  • Experience with localization testing (multi-language and region-specific content)
  • Good understanding of accessibility, SEO, and performance testing is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
