About the Role

Our client is looking for an Account Partner to act as the executive leader for one or more large-scale, multi-tower client accounts (each exceeding $3M in annual revenue). In this role, you will own executive relationships, define and evolve a multi-year growth roadmap, and translate strategic business goals into impactful programs across GenAI, data transformation, and operating model modernization.

This is a strategic leadership position combining commercial ownership, relationship management, and portfolio execution. You will work closely with Engagement Managers, Delivery Leads, and Practice Heads to drive measurable business value, ensure operational excellence, and enable long-term account growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Shape Long-Term Growth Strategy: Design and execute a three-year strategic plan aligned with your client’s priorities around efficiency, compliance, innovation, and business expansion.

  • Serve as the Executive Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, turning high-level strategic goals into tangible, funded transformation programs.

  • Own Financial and Growth Outcomes: Take charge of the account’s P&L, overseeing revenue, profitability, and cash flow while continuously identifying new growth opportunities.

  • Oversee Complex Portfolios: Manage multiple programs spanning GenAI, data, and operational transformation, ensuring delivery that is timely, secure, compliant, and results-driven.

  • Drive New Opportunities: Identify whitespace areas, sponsor key pursuits, and lead joint go-to-market initiatives with AWS and ecosystem partners.

  • Mitigate Risk and Manage Escalations: Build and maintain executive trust by proactively managing risks, resolving escalations, and tracking financial value delivered to the client.

  • Develop Future Leaders: Mentor Engagement Managers and Delivery Leads, promote talent growth, and embed a culture of secure, value-focused delivery excellence.


What You’ll Bring

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strategic Account Leadership: 12–18+ years in consulting, system integration, or product-based services, with direct ownership of portfolios exceeding $3M annual recurring revenue.

  • P&L Accountability: Proven experience managing account-level financials—driving growth, margin improvement, and disciplined cash management.

  • Executive Relationship Management: Strong ability to build influence with C-suite executives (CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CROs) and senior business leaders.

  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of either Financial Services (banking, payments, compliance, risk) or Telecommunications (CVM, OSS/BSS, customer channels, networks).

  • Commercial Expertise: Skilled in contract management, including MSAs, SOWs, pricing structures, milestones, change orders, and dispute resolution.

  • Delivery Governance: Hands-on experience leading large-scale delivery portfolios using structured governance, gated processes, and quality assurance frameworks.

  • Executive Communication: Exceptional presence in executive settings with strong storytelling, negotiation, and conflict management skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Technical Awareness: Understanding of how AWS services (S3, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, Redshift, Step Functions, IAM, EKS) and modern data platforms (ELT/ETL, lakehouse architectures, data catalogs) connect to business transformation.

  • GenAI and Agentic AI Literacy: Familiarity with RAG frameworks, evaluation mechanisms, and AI adoption best practices (able to lead strategic conversations, not just technical implementation).

  • Ecosystem Partnership Experience: Exposure to co-selling and joint delivery with partners such as AWS, Databricks, and other ISVs.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an MBA (both preferred).
