Role Overview

We are a global technology company building scalable digital platforms and operational systems for international enterprise clients. Our foundation rests on product excellence, engineering quality, execution speed, and operational clarity.

AI is deeply integrated into our operational baseline, not treated as a side project. We are driving consistent, high-value AI adoption across every business unit—building automations that eliminate manual grind and running the core internal systems our organization relies on daily.

We are seeking an AI & Innovation Manager (Infosystems / AI) to own our AI and internal-systems function end-to-end. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager (Head of BI), you will lead three key pillars—Enterprise AI Automation, AI Enablement, and Research & Special Projects (including core IT operations)—with full authority to set the agenda, decide build-versus-buy trade-offs, and manage systemic AI risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the AI and infosystems roadmap across Enterprise Automation, Enablement, and R&D—prioritizing high-impact initiatives and pruning non-performant ones.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of AI engineers, analysts, and IT operations specialists.

  • Drive AI-First Culture: Scale company-wide AI usage from casual adoption to high-frequency, workflow-embedded productivity.

  • Enterprise Automation: Pinpoint high-volume, high-friction operational workflows and deploy robust automations with clear metrics (e.g., hours saved, cost reduction).

  • AI Governance & Risk Management: Establish guardrails for data security, output accuracy, and privacy, actively mitigating hallucination, over-reliance, and security risks.

  • Research & Pilots: Evaluate emerging tools, run controlled pilots, and transition successful prototypes into core production systems.

  • Internal IT & Infrastructure: Maintain reliable internal IT services, access controls, software tooling, and operational support.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Analytics, Product, and Information Security teams on shared platforms and secure data access.

  • Executive Reporting: Translate technical progress into business-level metrics (e.g., total ROI, operational efficiency gains, risk posture).

Key Qualifications

  • 6+ Years of Experience in AI/ML, automation, data engineering, or tech delivery, with 2–3+ years leading technical teams.

  • Hands-On Technical Depth: Deep understanding of modern LLMs, AI tooling, workflow automation platforms, and API integrations—capable of differentiating production-ready code from superficial demos.

  • Production Track Record: Proven history of shipping production-grade AI/automation solutions with measurable business impact (not just proofs of concept).

  • Change Management: Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption across non-technical teams.

  • Pragmatic Risk Management: Strong judgment regarding data privacy, model governance, and knowing where not to deploy AI.

  • Operational Capability: Comfortable managing or overseeing core internal IT systems and service infrastructure.

  • Fluent English Communication: Able to articulate technical topics clearly to non-technical executive stakeholders.

Strong Pluses

  • Experience within high-traffic consumer platforms, real-money environments, fintech, or iGaming.

  • Experience building an AI or internal systems function from early stages.

Note: Full-time engagement only. Concurrent freelancing, advisory roles, or part-time consulting are strictly prohibited.
