What You’ll Be Doing

Automation for GTM & Operations:
Develop and maintain Python-based services that streamline marketing, sales, analytics, and operational workflows. Transform repetitive manual tasks into automated, scalable processes.

Data Integrations & Pipelines:
Link internal tools and third-party systems such as CRMs (Zoho), analytics suites (GA, Hotjar), CMS, and ad platforms. Build dependable APIs, webhooks, and ETL flows to ensure smooth, accurate data exchange.

Reliability & Job Scheduling:
Manage background workers, task queues, retries, and observability layers (logging, metrics, alerting). Guarantee automation stability even when things fail.

Campaign & Content Automation:
Automate landing page generation, audience segmentation, reporting dashboards, and campaign setup. Use code to enhance marketing execution and boost conversion performance.

Partnering with the CTO:
Collaborate directly with the CTO to identify automation opportunities, propose solutions, and take ownership from concept to deployment to iteration. You’ll be the driving force behind key technical initiatives.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of hands-on Python development in production (preferably with FastAPI or Flask).

• Deep understanding of microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), and scalable integration patterns.

• Proficiency with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB); solid experience in schema design, migrations, and data processing pipelines.

• Familiarity with Docker, Git-based CI/CD, Linux, and environment management.

• Strong grasp of GTM and marketing concepts — funnels, attribution, segmentation, and content automation.

• Experience with workflow tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier for system orchestration.

• Comfortable using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs for AI-powered automation.

• Background in building AI-driven content, classification, or enrichment systems.

• Fast prototyper who enjoys experimenting with AI-enhanced dev tools like Cursor, Bolt, Replit, or Perplexity.

• Self-directed, fast-moving, and able to communicate clearly in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Zoho suite (CRM, Analytics, Sign) or comparable CRM systems.

• Exposure to messaging or queue systems like Redis, Kafka, or Laravel Queues.

• Cloud or infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), plus tools like Terraform or Kubernetes.

• Basic monitoring stack knowledge (Prometheus, Grafana).

• Some front-end capability (React/Nuxt) for building lightweight internal dashboards.
