About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA) to lead business analysis for large-scale GenAI, Machine Learning, and Data Platform initiatives.
You will be responsible for gathering and translating requirements, shaping solution design, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will balance business priorities, compliance, and technical feasibility to drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with SMEs, product owners, and data science teams to define requirements and solution approaches.

• Translate complex business needs into detailed specifications, workflows, and integration guidelines.

• Collaborate with architects to ensure design integrity, compliance, and security across data and AI solutions.

• Validate GenAI workflows, model outputs, and API integrations for quality and alignment.

• Serve as the bridge between business and engineering teams, driving solution trade-offs and stakeholder alignment.

• Define and track KPIs related to AI/ML adoption, model performance, and workflow efficiency.

• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in documentation and governance.

• Ensure data and AI initiatives deliver measurable value in cost optimization, productivity, growth, and risk reduction.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have:

• 7–9 years of experience in business analysis and solution design with proven impact in AI/ML, data, or cloud-driven projects.

• Strong expertise in end-to-end requirement gathering, functional specs, workflow design, and stakeholder management.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows, model lifecycle stages, and integration points.

• Proficiency in SQL, data validation techniques, and performance monitoring.

• Strong communication skills to manage trade-offs and engage senior stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and executive reviews.

Nice-to-Have:

• Practical experience with Generative AI workflows (RAG, guardrails, LLM evaluation).

• Background in regulated industries (Banking, Telco) with knowledge of compliance frameworks.

• Hands-on familiarity with Python scripting, prompt validation, or API testing.

• Experience mentoring junior BAs and implementing documentation and governance best practices.
