Direct Report: Business Client Sales Director.

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility is to lead the business client sales department, implement sales plans, and ensure the team achieves revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with corporate customers.

 

Key Job Duties

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners, to promote laboratory testing services.

     

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business clients.

     

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for corporate clients.

     

  • Ensure the sales team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

     

  • Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the sales staff.

     

  • Oversee the processing of proposals, quotations, and contracts.

     

  • Explore new business opportunities and acquire new corporate clients.

     

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.

     

  • Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics and market insights, for management.

     

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial role.

     

  • Professional Skills: Expertise in sales management, negotiation, leadership, communication, and market analysis.

     

  • Personal Attributes: Results-driven, client-oriented, proactive, reliable, and professional.

     

  • Industry Context: Candidates should have an understanding of the healthcare industry and experience working in a Korean company.

     

  • Working Conditions: Must be able to handle a high-pressure environment and demonstrate strong focus and adaptability
