About the Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns for a fast-growing gaming product in Vietnam. This position is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution capabilities to build impactful player experiences and drive brand growth.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, creators, community teams, and media partners to develop large-scale campaigns that engage gaming audiences and strengthen brand presence across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and audience insights.

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new features, seasonal campaigns, and major launches.

  • Coordinate with product, community, and partnership teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and consistency.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing activities across digital and social platforms.

  • Oversee content production including social content, video assets, creative direction, and influencer collaborations.

  • Adapt and optimize campaign assets for different communication channels.

Brand & Media Management

  • Drive awareness, engagement, and audience growth through creative campaigns.

  • Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

  • Maintain and grow the brand’s presence across owned and earned media channels.

Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance and audience behavior to improve future initiatives.

  • Track key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.

  • Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and campaign analysis.


Requirements

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management.

  • Strong track record of leading large-scale campaigns from planning to execution.

Industry Interest

  • Passion for gaming and understanding of player communities, especially within competitive or strategy-based games.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Media, and external partners.

Creative & Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to develop original campaign concepts and turn ideas into actionable plans.

  • Strong sense of storytelling, audience engagement, and brand communication.

Analytical Mindset

  • Familiarity with marketing performance indicators such as engagement, conversion, media efficiency, and brand metrics.

  • Comfortable interpreting campaign data and identifying optimization opportunities.

Communication

  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Professional working proficiency in English is preferred.

Additional Advantage

  • Experience working with data dashboards, campaign testing, or performance analysis tools is a plus.
