We are looking for a creative and performance-driven marketer to join a dynamic gaming environment and help build engaging campaigns for a large-scale entertainment product. This role focuses on integrated marketing execution, audience engagement, and brand growth across digital platforms.
You will collaborate with internal teams, content creators, and community stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns that connect deeply with gaming audiences.
Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Coordination

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with product and business goals.

Participate in launch planning, seasonal activities, and promotional initiatives.

Coordinate with product, community, and influencer teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Marketing Execution

Execute multi-channel marketing activities including social media content, influencer activations, video production, and creative assets.

Assist in adapting campaign materials across different communication platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Work closely with creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Brand & Community Engagement

Help strengthen brand awareness and maintain active engagement with gaming communities.

Manage campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently.

Support management of social and media channels.
Performance Tracking

Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for optimization.

Support reporting and analysis of marketing effectiveness using available tools and dashboards.

Contribute ideas for improving audience engagement and campaign results.
Requirements
Experience

3–5 years of experience in marketing, integrated campaigns, or brand communication.

Hands-on experience executing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Gaming Interest

Strong interest in gaming and familiarity with competitive or strategy-oriented games and player communities.
Project Coordination

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creativity & Execution

Capable of developing creative campaign ideas and supporting execution from concept to launch.

Strong understanding of audience-focused communication and digital trends.
Analytical Thinking

Familiarity with marketing KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and campaign performance metrics.
