As we expand our regional footprint, we are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead our partner ecosystem strategy. Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Development & Ecosystem Management

  • Build, expand, and manage a high-performing network of channel partners, including System Integrators, Distributors, and Resellers.

     

  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners aligned with business objectives and technical capabilities.

     

2. Strategic Partnership Enablement

  • Strengthen relationships with key industry players, including turnstile and lift suppliers, CCTV providers, and smart building contractors.

     

  • Provide comprehensive training and support to partners regarding product knowledge and sales enablement strategies.

     

3. Sales Execution & Market Growth

  • Co-develop go-to-market strategies and joint business plans with partners to drive revenue and market penetration.

     

  • Leverage a consultative and solution-selling approach to align partner needs with our innovative offerings.

     

  • Drive collaboration with partners active in government and public sector projects to expand our footprint in high-impact segments.

     

4. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine channel strategies and provide actionable insights to product teams.

     

  • Represent the organization at key industry events, trade shows, and partner summits to champion our brand within the ecosystem.

     

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the smart workspace, physical security, or digital transformation sectors.
  • Industry Network: A robust existing network in the physical security and smart building space (e.g., CCTV, BMS integrators, or facility tech vendors).
  • Sector Expertise: Previous experience navigating government agencies, tenders, and public sector projects is a significant advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
  • Core Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support partner growth.
