About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to support user growth and digital campaign performance for entertainment and gaming products in Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing paid media activities, optimizing acquisition strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly analytical, and passionate about digital marketing within the gaming or mobile app industry.


Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

  • Manage campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand visibility.

  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and implement optimization strategies to improve results and efficiency.

  • Conduct testing initiatives including creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to identify scalable opportunities.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance across different levels including channel, audience, and creative performance.

  • Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve conversion and overall marketing effectiveness.

  • Support scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns while maintaining budget efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with product, operations, creative, and marketing teams to align campaign goals, timelines, and priorities.

  • Work closely with creative teams to localize and refresh advertising assets.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaign execution aligns with product updates and communication plans.

Platform & Vendor Coordination

  • Support relationships with advertising platforms, agencies, and external vendors.

  • Assist in managing operational processes related to campaign execution and platform coordination.

Data & Reporting

  • Utilize reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.

  • Contribute to internal reporting processes and support data validation or testing initiatives.

  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders.


Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably within gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.

  • Proven experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, BI platforms, attribution tools, or market intelligence platforms is highly preferred.

Industry Interest

  • Strong interest in gaming, digital entertainment, or mobile app ecosystems.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to explain performance insights and campaign strategies clearly to different teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
