Role Overview

We are a global technology enterprise building scalable digital platforms and operational systems for international enterprise clients. Built on a foundation of product excellence, engineering quality, speed of execution, and operational clarity, we are expanding rapidly.

As we scale across global markets, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to own the operational backbone of the company. This role exists to ensure the business operates with extreme efficiency, scales sustainably, and executes company strategy with speed and precision across all departments.

Working directly alongside the CEO, the COO owns how the organization functions end-to-end—aligning people, processes, delivery cadences, and performance metrics to keep the entire company moving toward shared objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Operations Ownership: Own company-wide operational performance, delivery frameworks, organizational processes, and operational health.

  • Strategy Execution: Translate high-level executive strategy into clear priorities, actionable roadmaps, and cross-functional execution plans.

  • Scalable Systems Architecture: Establish and refine operational infrastructure, standard operating procedures (SOPs), team structures, and delivery frameworks built to handle rapid growth.

  • Leadership & Accountability: Lead, mentor, and elevate the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)—setting clear expectations, holding leaders accountable to measurable outcomes, and maintaining a high quality bar.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive seamless alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business units, eliminating organizational silos.

  • Structural Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ambiguous ownership, and execution gaps before they impact performance.

  • Trade-Off & Conflict Management: Make decisive trade-off calls when balancing execution speed, quality, and resource constraints.

  • Executive Visibility: Represent operational health, performance metrics, and capacity planning directly to the Board of Directors and shareholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive operations or general management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior executive leadership role (e.g., COO, VP of Ops, GM).

  • Proven Scalability Track Record: Demonstrated experience scaling multi-functional teams and operational infrastructure inside fast-moving, high-growth tech environments.

  • Hands-on Executor: Background as a leader who has directly owned execution and P&L/operational outcomes, rather than purely advisory or strategic roles.

  • Dynamic Range: Exceptional ability to zoom in and out—moving effortlessly between high-level executive strategy and granular operational details.

  • Leadership & Influence: Strong people-leader capable of developing executive talent while holding teams accountable to high standards.

  • Crisp Communication: Clear, direct communicator who translates complex strategies into aligned action across all levels of the organization.

Note: This is an exclusive, full-time executive role. Concurrent freelance, part-time, advisory, or consulting arrangements are strictly prohibited.
