A. Business Analyst (Business Intelligence)
Role Purpose
This role owns how the Company and our customers understand performance, value, and ROI. You will turn operational, revenue, and customer data into clear, actionable insights used by internal teams (Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) as well as by key Enterprise customers.
This is a business-facing analytics role focused on visibility, decision-making, and commercial impact.
What You’ll Do

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and business reviews for internal stakeholders and customers

Track revenue, pipeline performance, customer outcomes, and key commercial KPIs

Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with performance analysis and insight generation
-
Deliver market and customer intelligence to inform strategy and prioritization

Handle ad-hoc data requests and executive-level reporting needs
You Should Be Strong In
-
SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets
-
Data visualization & BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Business storytelling — clearly explaining what happened, why it happened, and what actions to take

Collaborating with non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
-
Experience with revenue, CRM, or SaaS analytics

Familiarity with customer performance or marketing metrics

Experience building executive-level or client-facing reports
B. Data Analyst (Product Analytics & Data Engineering)
Role Purpose
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Analytics. You will ensure product data is reliable, well-structured, and ready for analysis—enabling teams to measure how features, user behavior, and data flows impact business outcomes.
This is a more technical analytics role, focused on product insights and strong data foundations.
What You’ll Do

Analyze product usage, user funnels, and customer behavior

Support product teams with insights for feature launches and iterative improvements

Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets and data pipelines
-
Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across reporting and analysis use cases

Partner with engineers to integrate new data sources, events, and tracking
You Should Be Strong In

SQL and Python for data analysis and transformation

Data visualization & BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Working with cloud data platforms and data warehouses
-
Understanding product metrics, user journeys, and event-based data
-
Translating technical data into practical, actionable insights
Nice to Have

Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or feature analytics

Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data stacks

Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or digital platforms
