Job Purpose
The Digital Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital performance marketing strategies to drive qualified leads, maximize revenue growth, and ensure a strong return on investment across all paid media channels.
Key Job Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive digital performance marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Plan, allocate, and optimize advertising budgets across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve established KPIs.

Set up and manage tracking systems to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.

Analyze campaign data and deliver performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Optimize the full marketing funnel from traffic acquisition to lead generation and sales conversion.

Collaborate closely with Content, Design, and Sales teams to maximize business results.

Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; an MBA is considered a plus.

Experience: 5–7 years in business development or sales, with 2–3 years in management roles.

Skills: Expertise in digital ad platforms and tracking tools, strong data analysis, and performance optimization.
