Job Purpose

The Digital Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital performance marketing strategies to drive qualified leads, maximize revenue growth, and ensure a strong return on investment across all paid media channels.

Key Job Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital performance marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

  • Plan, allocate, and optimize advertising budgets across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.

  • Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve established KPIs.

  • Set up and manage tracking systems to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.

  • Analyze campaign data and deliver performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

  • Optimize the full marketing funnel from traffic acquisition to lead generation and sales conversion.

  • Collaborate closely with Content, Design, and Sales teams to maximize business results.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; an MBA is considered a plus.

  • Experience: 5–7 years in business development or sales, with 2–3 years in management roles.

  • Skills: Expertise in digital ad platforms and tracking tools, strong data analysis, and performance optimization.

  • Attributes: Strategic mindset, proactive, result-oriented, innovative, and professional.

  • Additional Preferences: Experience working in a Korean company and an understanding of the healthcare industry.

  • Working Environment: Fast-paced and high-pressure; requires focus and adaptability.
