We are recruiting a Head of IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture to drive enterprise IT strategy and architectural governance for a large financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and enterprise architecture across operations, development, infrastructure, applications, databases, and security.

• Drive change management initiatives and support IT transformation programs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology roadmap with business goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge or ability to quickly learn IT domains: operations, development, infrastructure, applications, databases, and security.

• Understanding of IT products, services, and applications in Banking & Finance; ITIL, Agile, CMDB, and Change Management are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Responsible, proactive, and ethical; able to work independently or in teams under pressure.
• 7–10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in change management; experience in IT
