The Mission

As the Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind the brand electrifying Southeast Asia. You will own the entire marketing ecosystem—from high-level brand strategy and creative storytelling to data-driven performance and growth. Your mission is to make "Sustainable Mobility" synonymous with our brand and lead the transition to green technology across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Leadership

  • Define and evolve the brand identity and positioning to ensure a unique, consistent, and premium voice across all markets.

  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans and long-term strategies that align with aggressive business growth targets.

2. Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Lead the Growth team to optimize the entire conversion funnel, from digital lead generation (test rides) to final retail sales.

  • Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI/ROAS across social media, SEM, and performance-based channels.

3. Product Marketing & GTM Execution

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new vehicle models and software features.

  • Translate complex technical specifications into compelling consumer benefits and "must-have" narratives for the modern rider.

4. Community & Content Strategy

  • Foster a passionate community of early adopters through creative engagement, nationwide events, and loyalty programs.

  • Direct the Content & Creative team to produce viral, high-quality visual and written assets that resonate with the tech-savvy Vietnamese consumer.

5. Leadership & Operations

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing department, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring lean operations while achieving maximum market impact and brand equity.


Requirements

  • Seniority: 8+ years in Marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or CMO).

  • Industry Background: Proven track record in High-Growth Tech, E-commerce, FMCG, or Automotive industries.

  • Skillset: A rare combination of creative storytelling and analytical prowess; you must be as comfortable with a brand film as you are with a Cohort Analysis.

  • Mindset: A "builder" mentality with a deep passion for sustainability and green technology. You thrive in ambiguity and rapid-change environments.

  • Communication: Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills, capable of influencing both internal founders and external global partners.
