As we scale, we are seeking an HR Director to own our overall people, talent, and organizational function. In this executive role, you will build comprehensive human capital strategies, design scalable organizational structures, and foster a transparent, high-performance culture that directly supports our commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with the executive leadership team; proactively advise on and constructively challenge decisions involving organizational risk and human capital.

Organizational Architecture: Design company-wide structural frameworks, define role architecture, and establish succession plans to support rapid growth.

Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to identify future hiring priorities and resolve competency gaps ahead of operational demand.

Performance & Total Rewards: Establish company-wide performance management standards and design competitive compensation and rewards frameworks benchmarked against market standards.

HR Infrastructure from Scratch: Build robust HR policies and workflows from the ground up, leading the HR team to execute them with high operational precision.

Data-Driven People Ops: Leverage HRIS tools and data analytics to deliver actionable workforce insights, executive reports, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive HR experience, with 8+ years leading HR strategy inside fast-growing technology companies.

Proven track record of designing organizational structures, compensation models, and performance systems from scratch.

Demonstrated experience scaling tech organizations up to 300+ employees.

Commercial acumen with an ability to convert business strategies into high-productivity workforce plans.

Strong executive presence—able to challenge, advise, and influence stakeholders using data-driven arguments.

Ability to seamlessly bridge high-level corporate strategy with daily operational execution.
