What You‘ll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable specifications.
• Map and optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Create detailed test cases and manage software defects through resolution.
• Work closely with developers and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Identify and report on data gaps, ensuring data integrity.
• Contribute to high-level design specifications.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in web/mobile application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and processes.  
   
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence (or similar).
• Ability to understand and interpret basic technical concepts (e.g., APIs).
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
• Experience with test case creation and defect management.
