𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

✔️ 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗧 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗵𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (agency or in-house).

✔️ Strong knowledge of 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA,..).

✔️ Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese.

✔️ Ability to thrive in a 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱, 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

✔️ Prior experience in a recruitment agency is a plus!
