Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

IT Support Technician to join our regional team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across our offices in Vietnam, Japan, USA, and Singapore, including device provisioning, access control, basic website maintenance, and cybersecurity support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work, has strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to grow in an international, fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT & Operation Support:

  • Handle the end-to-end process of provisioning laptops and other related devices for new and existing employees.

  • Provide user support for hardware, software, and network issues, and escalate when necessary.

  • Support VPN access setup and management to ensure compliance with security policies.

  • Work closely with Operations/Admin teams in Vietnam to manage inventory and procurement for IT assets.

2. Cybersecurity & Access Control:

  • Manage and monitor 2FA/multi-factor authentication setup for internal tools.

  • Run phishing simulations, regular training, and awareness campaigns for employees across regions.

  • Assist in documenting and implementing IT security practices.

3. Web & System Support:

  • Provide basic support for the company website built on WordPress.

  • Coordinate with external web developers for more complex issues when required.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

  • A solid understanding of device setup (Windows/Linux/macOS), VPN, and access rights management.

  • Basic experience with WordPress and common website CMS systems.

  • Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices (2FA, password hygiene, phishing prevention).

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist non-technical users.

  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working in a regional or international team.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune).

  • Exposure to cybersecurity tools or frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001) is a plus.
