Job Purpose
The Marketing Expert is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, attract qualified customers, and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Job Duties

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and content direction.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and data insights.

Collaborate with Sales, Performance, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

Propose new marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.

Experience: 5–7 years in business development or sales.

Skills: Expertise in digital ad platforms, tracking tools, data analysis, and performance optimization.
