Direct Report: Business client Team Leader.
Job Purpose
Manage and expand the client portfolio, develop tailored solutions, achieve sales targets, and build long-term business relationships.
Key Job Duties

Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners, to promote laboratory testing services.

Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams on special projects as needed.

Prepare client reports and sales forecasts for management.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: 2–4 years in B2B/B2C sales or account management.

Skills: Account management, negotiation, communication, sales planning, and reporting.

Attributes: Client-oriented, results-driven, proactive, professional, and adaptable.

Other: Understanding of the healthcare industry and experience working in a Korean company.
