Direct Report: Business client Team Leader.

Job Purpose

Manage and expand the client portfolio, develop tailored solutions, achieve sales targets, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Job Duties

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners, to promote laboratory testing services.

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on special projects as needed.

  • Prepare client reports and sales forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in B2B/B2C sales or account management.

  • Skills: Account management, negotiation, communication, sales planning, and reporting.

  • Attributes: Client-oriented, results-driven, proactive, professional, and adaptable.

  • Other: Understanding of the healthcare industry and experience working in a Korean company.
