What You’ll Do
Design and maintain automation: Create, implement, and manage automated test scripts across platforms to guarantee software reliability and performance.
Strengthen frameworks: Develop and refine automation frameworks to boost efficiency and broaden test coverage.
Integrate with CI/CD: Embed automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and quicker feedback.
Defect management: Identify, document, and prioritize bugs while collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders for timely fixes.
Hybrid testing: Carry out both manual and automated tests as required to meet project goals.
Quality evaluation: Deliver detailed test assessments for each release cycle, providing clear reports and GO/NO GO recommendations.
What You’ll Need
At least 6 years of experience in software testing, spanning both manual and automation.
Strong coding skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
Practical experience with tools like Selenium or Playwright.
Background in creating automation frameworks from the ground up is highly valued.
Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management platforms.
Leadership skills to manage a small sub-team (3–5 members) is a strong plus.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
