About the Opportunity
A fast-growing digital entertainment company is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support the launch and growth of an online gaming product in Vietnam. This role will focus on building integrated marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility within the gaming community.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience managing end-to-end campaigns, collaborating across teams, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives, player insights, and market trends.

Lead planning for major campaigns, content updates, seasonal activities, and product launches.

Work closely with product, community, creative, and partnership teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Campaign Execution

Manage multi-channel campaign execution across digital and social platforms.

Coordinate content production including copywriting, visual direction, video assets, and influencer collaborations.

Optimize campaign materials for different communication channels and audience segments.
Brand & Community Growth

Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and community interaction through creative campaigns.

Oversee campaign timelines, workflows, and budgets to ensure smooth delivery.

Support the management and growth of official brand communication channels.
Performance Analysis

Track campaign effectiveness and evaluate performance using relevant marketing metrics.

Generate insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and audience engagement.

Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and campaign analysis.
External Partnerships

Maintain and develop relationships with agencies, creators, media partners, and external stakeholders to support campaign execution.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
-
At least 4 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand campaigns, or digital marketing.

Proven ability to manage marketing projects from planning through execution.
Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Gaming Interest

Strong passion for gaming and understanding of online gaming communities.

Familiarity with competitive or strategy-based game genres is highly preferred.
Project & Stakeholder Management

Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
