What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate directly with the CTO to roll out key product features and roadmap initiatives.

• Architect and develop scalable, modern solutions that meet performance and reliability standards.

• Tackle technical challenges head-on, proposing and implementing solutions independently.

• Uphold strong code quality, security practices, and system performance.

• Influence product and architecture decisions with a long-term perspective.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Advanced knowledge of .NET C#, ReactJS, and SQL-based systems.

• Solid understanding of backend architecture and scalable infrastructure.

• A product-first approach—someone who translates user needs into smart, functional solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.
