Job Purpose
The company is seeking a highly skilled Korean Interpreter with native or near-native proficiency to support senior leadership and cross-border operations. The role serves as a vital communication bridge between Korean executives and Vietnamese teams, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Job Duties

Provide on-site and online interpretation (consecutive and simultaneous) for management meetings, partner discussions, workshops, and training sessions.

Translate professional documents, contracts, reports, correspondence, and internal materials between Korean and Vietnamese or English.

Support daily communication between senior management, Korean experts, and relevant departments.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency in all interpretation and translation activities.

Prepare necessary terminology, materials, and context prior to meetings and key events.

Support external relations, administrative tasks, or specific projects as assigned by leadership.

Advise on cultural differences and appropriate communication styles within a multicultural working environment.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Korean Studies, Healthcare, or related fields.

Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in the Korean language.

Skills: Expertise in Korean translation and interpretation, strong communication, proficiency in office tools, and effective coordination.

Experience: 5 years in translation, administration, or laboratory support is preferred.

Industry Context: Experience working in a Korean company and an understanding of the healthcare industry are required.
