Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end client engagement process, including discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, validation, and implementation.
- Develop and execute Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and Proof-of-Value (PoV) initiatives to demonstrate solution effectiveness while balancing cost and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Translate advanced technologies (e.g., AI, LLMs, APIs, VOIP, ASR, NLU, TTS) into practical and impactful business use cases for enterprise customers.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and support commercial discussions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and confidence throughout the process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication, prioritization, and on-time execution.
- Contribute to customer expansion efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Participate in client engagements, webinars, and industry events to represent the company’s expertise and thought leadership.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and continuously enhance solution offerings and client advisory capabilities.

Your Profile
You are a strategic and results-oriented professional with a solid combination of technical knowledge, business understanding, and execution capability. You approach problems with curiosity, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including participation in at least 3 end-to-end project implementations
- Demonstrated experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles within SaaS environments
- Proven track record in supporting recurring revenue models, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Good understanding of both startup dynamics and enterprise-level operations
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a technical or business field is an advantage
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including ASR, NLU, TTS, LLMs, and their application lifecycle
- Familiarity with APIs, VOIP platforms, application development, and deployment models (cloud and on-premise)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Experience with solution architecture, project delivery methodologies, and CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL or similar database systems is a plus
