This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you will be responsible for translating complex AI capabilities into visually exceptional, simple, and intuitive user experiences across all application platforms (web, desktop, browser, mobile).

What You'll Deliver

UX Leadership: Design core assets, including wireframes, prototypes, and detailed user flows, setting the design direction for the entire application suite.

Interface Design: Be the primary designer responsible for the visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces of our AI software, prioritizing clarity, simplicity, and excellent taste.

Brand Ownership: Take charge of the overall company visual branding and assets, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand identity.

Research to Action: Conduct targeted user research to uncover deep user behaviors and pain points, rapidly converting these high-level insights into strategic design iterations.

Go-to-Market Partner: Work closely with Product teams to define the look and feel of new features and assist in go-to-market strategies by creating necessary visual collateral.
Requirements

Senior Experience: Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in consumer software or technology.

Demonstrable Passion: A strong portfolio showing excellence in UI/UX design work and complex problem-solving.

UX Philosophy: A clear, strong opinion on user experience, essentialism (simplicity), and aesthetic taste.

Domain Interest: Genuine enthusiasm for AI and/or robotics and the unique challenges of designing complex, intelligent software.

Soft Skills: Must be energetic, curious, and possess excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus: Practical knowledge of foundational web languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
