The Role

We’re looking for a Senior UA Specialist to lead and scale user acquisition efforts across a portfolio of 3–5 mobile app titles. You will own UA strategy end-to-end, manage large advertising budgets, and drive growth through performance-focused campaigns across major platforms.

This role requires a strong mix of hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on achieving KPIs, ROAS targets, and sustainable user growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple mobile apps, managing campaigns at scale.
  • Run and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, DSPs, and others.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in at least one key channel (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, or SDK networks), working closely with partners while delivering strong campaign performance.
  • Define and execute go-to-market UA strategies for new app launches, including pre-registration campaigns.
  • Develop creative testing frameworks and strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to align on growth initiatives and optimize results.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition within the mobile app industry.
  • Strong preference for experience in Utility or AI app categories.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem, including MMPs, mediation platforms, analytics tools, SDK ad networks, and DSPs.
  • Proven ability to independently manage campaigns and communicate performance insights, recommendations, and strategy.
  • Experience working with ad monetization and maintaining relationships with ad network partners on both UA and monetization sides.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required.
