ABOUT THE ROLE

TechVibe is looking for a proactive, candidate-focused Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our delivery team. In this role, you will focus heavily on candidate generation, multi-channel sourcing, and pipeline building for manufacturing projects—covering all levels from Operators and Technicians to Engineers.

You will work closely with internal Account Managers who handle client management, allowing you to dedicate 100% of your focus to sourcing quality talent and filling hiring pipelines efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Multi-Channel Candidate Sourcing:

   • Execute targeted sourcing strategies to generate candidate pools for Laborers, Operators, Technicians, Line Leaders, and Engineers.

   • Maximize local and digital channels: field sourcing, job fairs, local labor agencies, vocational/technical schools, and social media platforms (Facebook Groups, Zalo, TikTok, LinkedIn).

   • Build and nurture relationships with local labor suppliers, community leads, and academic institutions.

2. Screening & Pipeline Management:

   • Screen profiles and conduct initial pre-interviews to verify qualifications, skill sets, and candidate availability against job requirements.

   • Organize candidate data and submit qualified shortlists to internal Account Managers.

   • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate logistics for mass interview sessions and technical testing.

3. Onboarding Support & Follow-up:

   • Guide candidates through pre-employment health checks and document collection.

   • Maintain active communication with candidates up to their start date to ensure high join rates.

   • Build and continuously update a robust Talent Pool database to ensure quick turnarounds for future hiring surges.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience:

  • 1–3+ years of hands-on sourcing or volume hiring experience within the manufacturing industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to source across direct workforce (Operators) and technical/engineering levels.

  • Experience in headhunting agencies, recruitment services, or high-volume sourcing projects is a strong advantage.

• Skills:

  • Excellent sourcing agility, communication, and persuasion skills.

  • Strong networking ability with local communities, labor agencies, and vocational school networks.

  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working under volume-based targets.

  • Proficient in candidate tracking, Excel data management, and social media sourcing tools
