We believe exceptional developer experience (DX) is intentional — it’s built with care and precision.
We’re searching for a Technical Integration Specialist who thrives where engineering, content, and craftsmanship meet. In this role, you’ll shape how raw, structured data becomes clear, intuitive, and genuinely helpful documentation — making every SDK, API, and integration feel seamless to understand and simple to adopt.
This is far more than a documentation role. It’s a systems-thinking challenge. You’ll oversee the entire documentation-generation workflow — the place where source files become interfaces, where pattern-matching meets logic, and where automation is guided by empathy for the developer reading the final output.
What You’ll Do
-
Design, maintain, and enhance our client’s documentation generation stack — integrating structured data, Markdown content, and UI templates into a unified automated system.
-
Build reliable transformation processes using regex, parsers, and schema normalization to create consistency across large documentation sets.
-
Develop and improve templating logic in a React-style environment, shaping how our documentation is displayed and experienced.
-
Use modern AI engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code CLI, etc.) as genuine accelerators — helping with debugging, refactoring, and idea exploration.
-
Work asynchronously with engineers, technical writers, and DevRel through Git-based workflows and concise code reviews.
-
Continuously refine the DX pipeline by identifying friction points, spotting patterns, and converting developer feedback into meaningful system improvements.
-
Champion technical empathy — ensuring our docs don’t just explain features, but convey the intent behind each API and integration path.
What You Bring
-
Strong mid-level or above engineering experience with React-like templating systems, Markdown workflows, and structured formats such as JSON/YAML.
-
Advanced regex skills for searching, transforming, and dynamically generating content.
-
Hands-on experience with AI-driven developer tools beyond basic prompting — ideally integrating them into development pipelines.
-
A deep understanding of how documentation supports real developer journeys, from onboarding to SDK adoption.
-
Solid Git/GitHub knowledge and ease with async, pull-request-driven collaboration.
-
Comfort working in agile environments (Jira or similar), managing your own workload, and communicating progress clearly.
-
An eye for subtle details — and the ability to resolve them gracefully.
Nice to Have
-
Experience with API/SDK documentation generation, static site tooling, or developer portals.
-
Familiarity with Hugo, Golang, or similar build ecosystems.
-
Knowledge of Algolia DocSearch or other indexing/search platforms.
-
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for documentation automation.
-
Previous work with developer tools, platform engineering teams, or DX-focused groups.
Perks & Work Environment
-
A developer-centered culture that values autonomy, curiosity, and craft.
-
Access to leading AI tools to boost productivity.
-
Collaboration with distributed engineering, DevRel, and product teams.
-
Room to experiment, prototype, and advance new DX ideas.
-
The opportunity to create systems that empower thousands of developers globally.
Why This Role Matters
Documentation is more than text — it’s instructional code. Every time a developer works with our client, they rely on our systems to guide them through complexity clearly and compassionately. Your work ensures that trust scales. You’ll define the underlying framework that makes our developer ecosystem usable, searchable, and delightful.
You’ll join a global group of builders who care deeply about clarity, quality, and developer happiness. We iterate quickly, repair what’s broken, and celebrate thoughtful solutions. If you enjoy combining structured data, automation, and the human experience of understanding — this role will feel like home.
As our teams and goals evolve, responsibilities in this position may shift. This description outlines the general scope of the role, not an exhaustive list of every duty or qualification.
