Role Overview

We are a global technology company building scalable digital platforms and operational systems for international enterprise clients. Our foundation rests on product excellence, engineering quality, speed of execution, and operational clarity.

As we continue to scale, we are hiring an L&D / Training Manager (or Senior Manager) to lead our Training division. You will define the strategy, structure, and standards for how we onboard, upskill, and grow our workforce. Regardless of seniority, you are expected to be a hands-on leader—someone who can dive deep into any training module, verify quality firsthand, and build out high-performing specialized squads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Architecture: Establish the overarching training roadmap, processes, and section scopes—eliminating operational gaps or overlap across training functions.

  • Team Building & Headcount: Own headcount planning, recruitment, and organizational design for the Training department, including hiring and scaling Section Leads.

  • Leadership & Coaching: Mentor, coach, and evaluate Training Leads and Senior Specialists, holding teams accountable to concrete learning outcomes.

  • Quality Assurance: Set and enforce high quality standards for training content and delivery across all sections; conduct regular spot-checks to maintain excellence.

  • Gaps & Friction Resolution: Proactively spot and resolve gaps in scope, decision-making, or clarity within training sections, serving as the final arbiter on priorities.

  • Leadership Visibility: Track and report training effectiveness, capability gaps, and overall organizational impact directly to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years in L&D / Training, with at least 5+ years in a direct team-leadership role.

  • Proven Builder: Demonstrated track record of building, scaling, or restructuring a training team or function from an early stage.

  • Hands-on & Pragmatic: Strong judgment on when to step in directly and when to delegate ownership to section leads.

  • Pace & Excellence: Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced tech environment with high performance standards.

  • Decisive Communicator: Strong stakeholder management skills with a bias for action and accountability.

  • Nice to have: Direct experience setting up or completely restructuring an L&D function from scratch.

Note: Full-time, exclusive engagement. Concurrent freelance, advisory, or part-time consulting arrangements are strictly prohibited.
