The Role
We’re looking for a User Acquisition Lead to drive growth across multiple products by owning UA strategy end-to-end. In this role, you will manage large-scale acquisition budgets, lead a team of UA specialists, and ensure strong performance across channels.
You will play a key role in scaling user growth, optimizing performance metrics, and building a high-performing UA function within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple products, managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, DSPs, and more.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UA specialists (team size <10), ensuring high execution quality and achievement of performance targets.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, activation rates, and cohort-level performance across networks, campaigns, and geographies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and ad networks.
- Continuously improve UA processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through market research and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition within mobile apps or gaming.
- 2+ years of team leadership experience, managing and mentoring UA professionals.
- Strong preference for experience in Hybrid Casual games or IAP-driven acquisition models.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to leverage UA tools and data to drive actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem, including MMPs, mediation platforms, analytics tools, SDK ad networks, and DSPs.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
