We’re a rapidly scaling e-commerce brand. We’re looking for a skilled Automation Specialist to become the operational backbone of our tech ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for connecting and optimizing the tools that power our business—from our online storefront and inventory systems to logistics and accounting software.

What You‘ll Do

Build and Maintain Integrations
Create and manage stable API connections between platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and our 3PL providers.

Automate Key Processes
Develop workflows for order processing, inventory syncing, and reporting using integration tools and custom code when needed.

Monitor and Troubleshoot Systems
Ensure all integrations run smoothly, quickly identify issues, and maintain high data accuracy across platforms.

Partner with Internal Teams
Work with different departments to understand operational gaps and turn them into efficient automated solutions.

What You Bring

API & Automation Skills
Strong experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods. Confident in designing automated workflows between e-commerce platforms and third-party tools.

Programming Background
Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) or Python for building custom integrations. Comfortable working with SQL and processing data in formats like JSON and CSV.

Experience with Integration Platforms
Hands-on experience using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools.

Process-Oriented Mindset
Ability to map workflows end-to-end and implement error handling, monitoring, and logging for long-term reliability.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of e-commerce operations (e.g., FBA vs 3PL, SKU structures, order routing)

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud environments and basic security practices like API key handling

• Background in startups, agencies, or fast-moving environments where you’ve worn multiple hats

• Clear communication skills—you can translate business needs into technical execution
