Mission
Take full ownership of product delivery quality for AI-powered features and go-to-market automations. You’ll bridge business goals and technical execution—crafting sharp, testable requirements, running thorough UAT, and giving the final green light for releases that are safe, fast, and measurable.

Your Deliverables (Impact, not Tasks)

• Clear, developer-friendly documentation: Write precise use cases and PRDs with defined APIs, inputs/outputs, and measurable success metrics.

• UAT excellence: Design and execute test plans that align perfectly with requirements—catching issues before users do.

• Confident release decisions: Make go/no-go calls using data like pass rates, latency benchmarks, and error budgets.

• Quality checkpoints: Maintain definitions of Ready and Done, regression coverage, and requirement traceability.

• Faster release cycles: Help reduce time from spec to production with fewer rollbacks and cleaner handoffs.

Your Day-to-Day

• Translate roadmap initiatives (scholarship tools, school-matching, AI workflows, or GTM automations) into actionable use cases with acceptance criteria, payload examples, and data mapping.

• Build UAT scripts covering happy paths, edge cases, and fail states; execute tests in staging, document defects, and confirm fixes before deployment.

• Collaborate with engineering on release management—define canary rollouts, rollback plans, and smoke test coverage.

• Maintain a traceability matrix linking requirements to test evidence (screenshots, logs, and results).

• Partner with analysts and engineers to track KPIs such as conversion, latency, and success rate, using metrics for feature acceptance.

• Keep stakeholders aligned with concise progress summaries, risks, blockers, and action items.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in Product, QA, or Program roles delivering live web applications.

• Proven ability to write precise PRDs and acceptance criteria, transforming high-level ideas into testable outcomes.

• Hands-on UAT experience—comfortable testing APIs, reviewing logs, using mocks, and validating event flows.

• Excellent communication skills with clear documentation, crisp release notes, and solid prioritization judgment.

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to AI agentic systems, LLM-driven workflows, or GTM automation products.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, feature flagging, and incremental rollouts.

• Understanding of basic QA automation and contract testing principles.
