Key Responsibilities:
- Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications.
- Develop and manage reporting and alerting systems.
- Create, update, and maintain internal and external documentation for requirements and processes.
- Review and analyze the efficiency of current requirements-gathering processes, proposing enhancements to optimize these practices.
- Manage the full lifecycle of requirements, ensuring their alignment with project goals and refining them as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve monitoring, identify issues, and enhance value for customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Proven expertise in project management and user testing.
- Track record of developing innovative and effective system solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, agile, and pragmatic approach.
- Experience in the fintech or insurtech industry is a plus.
- Excellent English reading comprehension (required).
