5+ years of experience as a BA, with at least 2 years as a BA Lead, particularly in large-scale IoT projects.
Strong knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP), smart devices, and real-time data collection systems.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and UI/UX design tools.
Strong team management and coordination skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation and optimize workflows across departments.
