Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting for growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the CEO and founders on strategic partnerships and fundraising.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities.
• Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in finance leadership, preferably in a startup or growth-stage company.
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
