We are seeking a proactive Product Marketing Manager to accelerate business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role focuses on optimizing ad campaigns, leveraging key marketing tools, and executing impactful strategies to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Performance & Growth

• Manage and enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across various digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, and refine targeted ad campaigns, optimizing audiences, creatives, and budgets.
• Oversee and improve email marketing initiatives, including Klaviyo setup and management.
• Expand revenue streams through strategic affiliate marketing programs.
• Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.

Data & Performance Optimization

• Establish and refine tracking systems using Looker Studio, Amplitude, and conversion funnel analysis.
• Enhance product visibility by optimizing Google Merchant Center (GMC) listings.
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaign strategies using performance insights.
• Drive measurable results across advertising, email, affiliate, and landing page initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in managing marketing budgets and achieving revenue targets.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and affiliate marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to improve campaign performance and decision-making.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio, Amplitude, and marketing funnel analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering tangible business growth through marketing efforts.
