We’re looking for a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst to help build and scale our consumer insights function, based in Vietnam with a strong focus on the US market. In this role, you’ll use data to deeply understand who our most valuable customers are, how they engage and retain, and how loyalty and lifecycle programs can drive upsell and long-term growth.
You’ll work closely with a high-caliber AI (LLM) and data engineering team that is building data → insight → action loops at scale. We’re looking for someone who is excited about the future of AI-powered consumer insights and wants to help turn that vision into execution.

What You’ll Do
Analyze Customer Behavior

Explore purchase patterns, retention curves, cohort performance, and end-to-end customer journeys to understand engagement drivers and churn risks.
Build Dashboards & Reporting

Create recurring reports and dashboards that track customer health and support day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
Deep-Dive Analysis
-
Investigate “why” behind trends and anomalies, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Support Retention & Loyalty Initiatives

Analyze campaign results, experiments, and program performance to optimize what works and improve outcomes.
Develop Business Understanding

Build a strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and delivery operations, key metrics, and customer segment behaviors.
Customer Segmentation

Design, maintain, and evolve customer segments based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage.
Leverage AI & Modern Analytics
-
Use modern analytics and AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and uncover insights at scale.
Communicate Insights

Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
You Might Be a Fit If You
-
Have 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or consulting roles (e.g. market research, e-commerce analytics).

Have experience working with US or international teams and communicate confidently in English, especially around data.

Can read business data deeply and understand what’s happening beneath surface-level metrics.

Are strong in SQL and comfortable independently pulling, cleaning, and analyzing data.

Understand core business metrics such as retention, cohort analysis, LTV, funnel conversion, and repeat purchase behavior.

Can translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Are detail-oriented and rigorous, ensuring insights are accurate and well-supported.

Are naturally curious and proactive—when something looks off, you investigate further.

Nice to Have

Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, DTC, or delivery platforms.
