The Role
We are seeking a Digital Campaign Setup Executive to join our experienced digital team on a fully remote basis. This is a technical, execution-focused role responsible for the setup and implementation of paid social media campaigns. You will support a UK-based account management team by building campaigns overnight (UK time) based on detailed briefs received at the end of their working day. Campaigns must be prepared, structured, and ready for review and activation the following morning. This role requires precision, strong platform knowledge, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
● Set up paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube, following detailed briefs
● Build, segment, and maintain audience lists for client campaigns
● Implement optimisations as directed by the UK team
● Monitor live campaigns and promptly flag any issues or anomalies
● Prepare performance reports and compile data for account managers
● Respond efficiently to internal queries via collaboration tools
● Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setups and updates
● Stay informed on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
Essential Skills & Experience
● Hands-on experience setting up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
● Working knowledge of at least three additional paid social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube)
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
● Excellent written English communication skills
● Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
● Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work
Desirable Skills
● Experience working with international or UK-based teams
● Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms)
● Experience using reporting dashboards or data visualisation tools
● Exposure to Google Ads or programmatic advertising
