Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients
  • Oversee the social media content calendar and produce content for multiple platforms
  • Create engaging messaging, videos, and graphics aligned with clients' brand tone
  • Maintain processes and relationships to source content from clients
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and interactions
  • Track and analyze social and email marketing metrics for performance improvement
  • Establish methods to measure the impact of social media on client goals (e.g., sales, lead generation)
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media trends, offering recommendations for clients
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to extend content reach
  • Supervise the work of external creative contractors and freelancers

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • Proficient English (written and verbal)
  • At least 3 years of experience managing social media platforms for an organization or company
  • Experience with digital marketing, email marketing, and content creation for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand tone
  • Experience responding rapidly on social media, with flexibility to work outside standard hours if needed
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Copywriting skills and ability to test messages across social media and email campaigns
  • Experience analyzing social media performance and providing actionable insights
  • Creativity and adaptability to evolving situations and needs
  • Graphic design and video editing proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on work to achieve goals
  • Openness to feedback, with a commitment to growth and continuous improvement
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • SEO and content writing experience (bonus)

Technical Skills

  • Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Hootsuite)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
