The Role:
The incumbent will assist the IT head or team in facilitating, coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing each marketing project to meet business needs, while aligning with the organization’s strategy, commitments, and goals.
Job Responsibilities:
The role demands meticulous attention to detail, expertise in web front-end technologies, efficient handling of operational tasks, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, fully tested source code, adhering to coding standards including proper logging, exception handling, and load balancing.
- Design mobile-based features with support for progressive UI.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve user experience (UX).
- Optimize applications for maximum performance.
- Provide technical assistance during integration and user acceptance tests.
- Gather feedback from users and customers to build effective solutions.
- Write functional and technical requirement documents and guides.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven working experience as a Front-end Developer or Team Lead.
- Strong knowledge and experience in ReactJS, Redux, SASS/SCSS, ES5/6, and GIT/GitLab.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
- Understanding of layout aesthetics.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
