What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute high-priority initiatives across product, GTM, investor relations, and team ops
• Build and manage internal systems, dashboards, and key metrics to ensure the team stays aligned
• Craft fundraising materials, investor comms, and strategic updates
• Solve problems that don’t have owners — yet
• Serve as an extension of the CEO: anticipate needs, manage context, and create leverage
• Prioritize what matters, cut through noise, and ship fast

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in consulting, VC, tech startups, or founding/operator roles
• Excellent communicator — written and spoken
• High-ownership mindset: you follow through, even when it’s messy
• Fast, focused, and detail-obsessed
• Thinks strategically, acts decisively
• Curious, humble, and hungry to learn

Bonus If You Have

• Previous experience as Chief of Staff or startup founder
• Background in AI, product, or technical teams
• Comfortable working across time zones and async environments
• Fluent in English — especially writing for external audiences
