This is a hands-on coding position where you will architect and deliver full-stack solutions at the intersection of AI automation, blockchain infrastructure, and real-time content redaction technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable front-end and back-end systems, with a strong focus on privacy-first content handling and redaction.

• Develop and integrate AI-powered tools, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) or computer vision pipelines, directly into web products.

• Build and maintain smart contracts, Decentralized Applications (DApps), and various blockchain-based components (Ethereum, L2s, or similar).

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, AI researchers, and blockchain engineers to deliver integrated solutions.

• Optimize platform performance, security, and enhance the developer experience.

• Actively participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions, contributing to our technical direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of full stack experience, with solid proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with AI model integration and content handling logic (e.g., text/image redaction or detection).

• Hands-on experience with Web3 technologies, smart contract development, or blockchain APIs.

• Deep understanding of data privacy principles and real-time system design.

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a remote-first, asynchronous culture.

• Experience with privacy-preserving technologies (Zero-Knowledge Proofs - ZK, Trusted Execution Environments - TEEs).
